Booking Terms and Conditions

 

Central courses

Booking Confirmation

Bookings may be received via email or telephone to our Head Office – 029 20865570 or heather@thinklearnchallenge.com and will be confirmed by email.

Cancellations

If a participant needs to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances, this can be made free of charge, provided it is done so in advance by more than seven working days prior to the date of the course. We must receive notification of this by telephone on 029 20865570 or by email to heather@thinklearnchallenge.com. Cancellations made after that will be charged at £50 + VAT to cover the cost of materials and catering.

Transfers

Transfers onto another course can be made free of charge provided we are notified more than seven working days before the course date. When transfers are made between one and seven working days before the course date, this will incur a £50 + VAT administration charge.

Our Cancellation Terms

Think Learn Challenge reserves the right to cancel any advertised course if deemed necessary by the company. Participants will be informed of a cancellation of a course at least one week prior to the course date. Think Learn Challenge will not be liable for any loss incurred. A transfer to an alternative date or refund of the course fee will be offered.

Fees

Think Learn Challenge will not, under any circumstances, change the advertised rate of any central training.

Invoices

Invoices will be issued one week prior to the course date, unless otherwise requested by the participant otherwise. Payment is required within one month of the date of the invoice.

Dietary and Accessibility Requirements

If you have any specific dietary requirements and/or special access needs, please contact us as soon as possible so we can endeavour to meet your needs on the day.

Venues

Please note, the venue of a course is subject to change. On the rare occasion when a venue change is necessary, Think Learn Challenge will provide a comparable venue within the same area and will inform all delegates who are already booked on the course.

Service

Think Learn Challenge reserve the right to find an alternative trainer in the event of an accident, sickness, unforeseen circumstances and any other issue arising, to ensure that continuity of service is maintained and objectives achieved.

 

In-School Training

Cancellations made after that will be charged at £100 + VAT to cover the cost of material development.

Fee

Think Learn Challenge will not alter the cost of in-school training, without the consent of the school. 

Invoices

Invoices will be issued one week prior to the course date, unless requested by the participant otherwise. Payment is required within one month of the date of the invoice.
