Marion became a Biochemistry graduate 17 years ago and began her career as a secondary school science teacher in 1999. During her career she has been a Head of Year, Head of Biology, and Learning Leader of Science and is currently an Assistant Head Teacher of a secondary school on Anglesey. As a Learning Leader of Science she led her department to achieve outstanding results. Marion has played an integral role in embedding Assessment for Learning across the School and has presented several workshops for the LA during INSET days.
Her current role entails an overall responsibility for Teaching and Learning having a proven track record of outstanding teaching and strong leadership. She is currently working collaboratively with other schools in developing strategies for delivering the new LNF.
